Your identity claim
By claiming a name on Identity, you confirm it is your legal name or a name you are commonly known by. False claims will result in immediate termination without refund.
One person, one identity
Each identity must correspond to a real, individual human being. Businesses, organisations, and AI-generated personas are not eligible.
Subscriptions and billing
Identity plans are billed annually or for the chosen registration period, paid upfront. Identity Shield and Monitor Pro are optional add-ons billed for the registration term. All payments are final except where required by law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any identity found to be fraudulent, impersonating another person, or violating these terms.
Limitation of liability
Identity is not responsible for actions taken by third parties using information from your public profile page. We do not guarantee that Monitor Pro will detect all impersonation attempts.
